A low-impact barre class focused on alignment, core stability, and muscle lengthening through slow, controlled movements. The class emphasizes active toning, posture improvement, and flexibility through sustained muscle engagement and intentional sequencing.


Cancellation Policy

All classes are subject to a 12-hour cancellation and/or rescheduling policy. If you’re booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, you will lose that class credit.
