Perfect for beginners or those returning to Pilates. This class focuses on core principles, correct form, and controlled movements to build strength, flexibility, and confidence on the Reformer. Expect clear instructions and a slower pace to help you feel comfortable.


Cancellation Policy

All classes are subject to a 12-hour cancellation and/or rescheduling policy. If you’re booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, you will lose that class credit.
