Flow State, is a term coined by positive psychologist Mihály Csíkszentmihályi.

It describes a feeling where, you become fully immersed in whatever you are doing, where you experience energized focus, and enjoyment.

The flow mental state generally arises during challenging and engaging activities. To stay in flow you need to consistently increase the challenge as your skills improve.

Our mission is to inspire, connect and empower the discovery of your mind and body wellness flow, while providing a nurturing space for practice.
